Student-led conferences are here Thursday and Friday! It's not too late to schedule a time with your dragon sons and daughters; just give Jan a call in the office. In the meantime, check out this video (https://youtu.be/_w4otXhhnMI) about why we have SLC's in the first place. Every year we aim to have 100% of our students participate in one of these conferences whether with a family member or another adult in the school.

St. George Middle Level students prepped lines and materials for kelp farming today. On a blustery cold day, they could see white caps in the harbor as they headed to the kelp shack. Students measured float rope and sink rope, collected mushroom anchors, poly balls and lobster buoys in preparation for sugar kelp farming. As we got back to the classroom everyone's noses were red and Georgie's glasses were fogged up!! (this post, photos and video were created by St. George Middle Level students) See Video: https://youtu.be/DUA4Cdct70I
