School Bus

Dear Families,

We have a bus driver out tomorrow afternoon (Thursday, 4/25) and no substitute drivers. This will cause some students to arrive home later than usual (more info and times below). If you are able to pick up your child from school tomorrow afternoon, that will help us get students home sooner. Thank you for your help!

Students living in the following areas will arrive home later than usual:

  • Kinney Woods Rd., Robinson Lane, and Dennison Rd. - arrive home between 3:15 and 3:30

  • Long Cove & Carlson Lane - arrive home around 3:30 p.m.

  • Route 73 (closer to Route 131) - arrive home around 3:45 p.m.

  • Clark Island Rd. - arrive home around 3:55 p.m.

  • Route 73 (Rein Rd., Eagle Quarry, Dennison, Seal Harbor, Deer Run) - arrive home between 4:05-4:25 p.m.

  • Island Ave, Atlantic Quarry, Spruce Head - arrive home between 4:25-4:45 p.m.

We apologize for the inconvenience this causes students and families. We are actively recruiting new bus and substitute bus drivers. If you are interested in becoming a driver or substitute driver, or know someone who is, please contact Transportation Director Randy Elwell (r.elwell@stgeorgemsu.org) or visit our website for an application.

Sincerely,

Mike Felton
